i am with curtis on this one.

you cannot compare arnold in terms of size to todays guys. everyone has flaws. Ronnie's abdomen, Markus's triceps, flex's calf's, dorians to many flaws to mention, etc...

it dosent change the fact that these guys were all great in their own right. Arnold is by far the single most important man in bodybuilding. in my mind and many others, he was perfect.

Didn't you say Flex in his prime was the greatest bodybuilder ever? I think you could make a better case for Flex than Arnold. It's alot easier to over-look quads than the entire lower-body. Personally, I think Levrone in his prime was the closest thing to "perfect" I've ever seen.

yes, in that 1 single show in that 1 image i believe flex was the best ever on that day. has nothing to do with what i am saying. you missed the point.

I guess I did. Arnolds legs got better at the end of his bodybuilding career, but they were never in proportion to his upper-body IMO.

i agree. what i am saying is that almost everyone has a body part that lags behind a bit. many greats like ronnie, dorian, etc.. etc...

you posted the roll eyes smiley in response to curtis as if to say Arnold isnt worthy of being considered perfect.

I agree that everyone has a lagging bodypart to some degree, which is why I don't think you can say anybody has been perfect (including Arnold). Like I said, if I had to pick a guy who has come the closest to being perfect it wouldn't be Arnold.

I'm sure if Arnold competed today he would look INSANE. If you took his work ethic and genetics, and combined it with todays drugs and advancements in training and nutrition; it's crazy to think what he would look like.
