    Well thank goodness I'm not the only one - I was beginning to think maybe I was crazy - the tech support people assure me I am not and Verizon has reimbursed me for most of my bills that I don't feel I should be paying for as a result but it's aggravating nonetheless :wacko:

      You also have to take a look at the commercials and such for Verizon. Before htis focus on most reliable crap their adds had kids using and getting phones. Talking about the cool ringtones and stuff you can download. That's all it's good for.

        I can't say i saw those commericals, but i will keep an out eye out for them the next time i am watchin TV

          I have the BB pearl. Like the phone except for the scroll ball. Seems to get stuck a lot. Have to take it apart and clean it. The company I work for has a BB enterprise server so all email, contacts, calendar sync automatically. Nice but it 's tough to pull yourself away from work after-hours.
