I don't have to know anything about his personal life to know how he portrays himself on the court. He's an ego-centric prick on the court. I don't think he's a joke because he was accused of rape. I think he's a joke because of his attitudes on the court and in front of the press. His personal life is meaningless to me.

That was not a steal, that was a foul and the refs decided to swallow their freakin whistles. If you watched the replay you can see Pierce got hit on the followthrough. If you're going to call these stupid ticky tack fouls all game, why let that obvious one go at such a critical point in the game? I like Jeff VanGundy's comment (for once) that it was a "grandma move". The refs totally bailed him out for playing sloppy, lazy defense. That was a bullshit no-call, pure and simple. And at that point in the game, it was huge. What a joke. And don't even get me started on Radmano-bitch and Vuja-bitch. What a couple of class acts, I tell ya. I can't stand either of them. Vuja-bitch acts like he's been clubbed with a baseball bat every time someone breathes on him. I love how he tried to get in Cassell's face after that held ball. Sam Cassell would beat his ass right the hell off.

Whether he's a rapist or not, I hate Kobe's selfish, idiot attitude. He's a great offensive player, no doubt about that. But he's also lazy and sloppy on defense.

The media doesn't skew what you see during a game. I'm saying that he's selfish, lazy and sloppy on the court. That's what I don't like. That's his job, that's what he gets paid for. Trying to swipe the ball from behind is bad defense and there isn't a coach in the NBA that would settle for that from any of his players. You work your ass off and play good defense, that's the deal. The officials are there to enforce the rules of the game, not soothe his ego. No, that play isn't a foul every time, but it was that time and it was pretty obvious. He complains and waves his arms after almost every play, thinking he got fouled. He stares down the refs when they call a foul on him and he yells at his teammates even when he was the one who made a mistake. Sorry, but that's a terrible face to present to the world. WOOO!!!! The last time the Celtics won an NBA championship was in 86 over the Rockets. That was the first NBA championship I remember watching. It's pretty cool to see them win again. Definitely earned this one.

You could see how much they wanted it. And if Pierce was the guy to take the shot, he took the shot and made it; if Garnett was the guy to take the shot, he took the shot and made it; if Allen was the guy to take the shot, he took the shot and made it. Even their bench players were pumped.
