      I don't want to confuse matters here but I would say two things;

      1. Having routine will help take your mind off things, giving you other things to do and keeping excercising will help keep your regular body hormones going.

      2. One of the best recent discovery's I've found by accident is the ketotifen I got fro superior research on here. I use it an hour before bed once a week and it makes me sleep long and deep.

        well.. i made it to work today without much energy, still having trouble sleeping not worried about it though. my mood and emotions are better. i even made it to the gym and trained legs after work, mostly because my training partner an i ride together or i probably would've said fuck this. differently was pretty supped up after that. f-in glad that this is almost over. i know this is easy to say now but no more pain meds for me..what a frigging ride! thanks guys this meant allot to me.
