I have already acclimated to Pittsburgh. It's been in the mid 80's and feeling really hot. Mid 80's would have been a cool day in OK and TX.

I just try not to go outside anymore than I absolutely have to when it's this hot...I stay inside in air-conditioned comfort.

I did have to cut my grass on the weekend tho, and I thought I was gonna keel over off the lawn tractor. I chugged two big bottles of water while I was out there, and I still got dehydrated...actually cramped up in the shower when I got done mowing. I hate the heat!

good thing i got online classes this summer!

Worst part of it is that the heat hurts my appetite...makes it so hard to eat as much as I should some days. It's all I can do to choke down a protein shake sometimes, because a big serving of meat is just out of the question after being outside for awhile.

Very true for me as well. I'm the type that has to be comfortable and cool when I eat. If it's too hot I just can't eat as much.

It seems to be really hot, really early in the summer this year?

Not out here in the PNW.... it hasn't been over 60 or so in almost a month. I think we have already had 1 or two days in June that have broken the record for the lowest daytime high. The snowpack is insane in the mountains around here - it was snowing like crazy in the hills a couple of days ago.
