      Is that the one where they measured Bas strength in a punch and randy and Tito slam guys on a matt to measure the force?

        yeah that was it. i thought it was cool
        Bas temple shot was 3 x force req. to cause a concussion.

          Ya I though it was cool also. what about the navy seal that stayed in the frozen water for along time, got out went threw the objectives and shot the 2 guys. Insane thoes guys have super human mind control.

            I saw an epsiode of this show I think. IT proved that grunting when striking exerted more force then simply exhaling. Interesting show
