  • Sleep Cycles - Nekrawulf?

Hey Nekrawulf, a while ago, you had posted some information about sleep cycles, basically about how your sleep has to to be a multiple of 90 minutes of something of that sort to get maximum rejuvenation. It had t o with the fact that sleep is cyclical and it makes a difference when during the cycle you wake up.

Can you post this information again or a link?

    Thanks!

This is arguably the best guide to sleep cycles not filled with medical journal mumbo jumbo.

Thanks, man! That was a good article. I was also looking for one that I think you talked about - if you slept for a really short time, say 4 or 5 hours, it made a big difference on precisely how long you slept. For example, it may be better to sleep for 4 hours instead of 4.5 hours because of when in your deep sleep/REM cycle you wake up (don't quote me on the numbers). I'll try to find that information too and reply to this thread.

          (on a side note)

I just got done running Tren Enanthate and haven't had nearly as many issues with sleep as when I was running Acetate - I don't know if it had to do with the drugs not spiking in my blood levels so often or what but I had no complaints with Enanthtate - you might want to try it out bro....
