I'm not addicted to gambling. First of all, I only gamble with the money that I have won gambling. I never go to my bank accounts for gambling money, EVER.
Second of all, I never gamble above my bankroll. I have strict bankroll requirements for my bets and poker games. I never risk more than a very small percentage of my gambling money.
Last of all, I don't gamble when I am "taking the worst of it". Which basically just means I leave the table and cut my losses when things arent going well. I never try to "win it back".
IMO, a very important line one crosses when the become "addicted" to gambling, is when they arent afraid to lose. I have always had that fear of losing my money, which keeps me from developing a problem.Last edited by The_Grinder; 06-16-08, 02:29 PM.

I put $50 into my poker account 5 years ago. I made $50 in a week, and I withdrew $50 back out. Since then it has built and built and though I have transfered my winnings around to start bankrolls at new gambling sites, I have never had to put more of MY money into gambling. Get what I'm sayin?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posthow did you start gambling then?
