He said the mothers-to-be are generally "girls who lack self-esteem and have a lack of love in their life."It's no secret that the generation of kids old enough to get pregnant now are the same kids that went through this period of parents being uninvolved and kids being left at home with nothing to do. I think we may be seeing an effect of our country being more independent based and less family based. All these kids looking for some sort of attention or for someone to pay attention to them, e.g. getting pregnant, bringing a gun to school... We will probably see some more crazy stories of what groups of kids decided to do over at least the next 5 years.teen pregnancies are showing signs of rising after steadily declining from 1991 to 2005.Last edited by Shibby; 06-20-08, 04:45 AM.Comment
