Great guess redback! He send me a pm saying that since they legalized the gay mariage here in california he and rado wanted to move here open up a gay massage parlour/ gay wedding chapel and live happly ever after so this is the picture of the building I found for them.:rofl::rofl:

Yep it is and if you look at the first picture you'll see a roll up gate, that's the parking under the building, so there is no hassle of finding parking.

the cars in the parking lot indicate to me that it is still in buisness. i bet rent is 15k a month or more.

Yeah I bet the rent is more then 15k, the gym that me and couple of my friends are opening is not nearly as big as this one (only 4k square feet) is gona cost us 11k a month just rent alone, and rents at where I live is not nearly as expensive as venice.

I would guess you'll probably need at least 30k a month just to keep your doors open. If you gonna spend that kind of cash a month there are better places near by me that you can start a gym with less money.
