              Well took it last night and sleep wasn't so good because of a weird dream in the middle of the night. But today my stomach feels better and i do a bit too.

                      What's your schedule look like? I'm not sleeping more than two or three hours a night nowadays - hoping to learn from your issue myself....

                        i remember you once saying that you drank like 10 cups of coffee a day. might want to cut that shit back bro. especially in the late afternoon.

                          My schedule is get up for work at like 7. Go to work, only drink one cup of coffee. Work till 5, come home or go to the gym, relax then go to bed. Some nights it varies because i go out on Wednesdays.

                            I tried the V-Root awhile ago I dont remember the dose I used but I am sure it was at least 2 or 3 times what they recommend. Didnt work for me. I been taking a couple benadryl before bed and it really works. Not sure if its good for me to do it because I dont have allergies but it puts me to sleep. Just took 2 right now.

                                Nah - I cut that out a long time ago - no more than 2-3 cups in the morning....
