I told my girlfriend that I'd get her one for her bday(it a few days ago) but she has to wait for a week or two because I am not about to go sit on that line and wait for hours.

I plan on getting this phone in November when my upgrade is available. I just hope that AT&T doesn't force me to get the unlimited data plan because i don't feel like paying an extra $30 a month.

The phone isn't worth it if you don't get the unlimited data plan. If you dont get it all you have is an mp3 phone then you may as well just get any phone.

Well, I tried to upgrade it the other day, and my phone said "sync in progress", but I never got a message saying it was complete or anything like that....

That's one thing that's a catch 22 for me w/ the IPod myriad of products- If you don't keep them updated, they will go crazy on you! Like, I like the fact that they are trying to keep up with the software demands and sending me the updates. But, I just kind of feel like it's a pain in the ass to always have to keep checking for updates
