Not sure if you meant omega 3's are low in omega 6 or if the ratio is just better. But just to add a little more info to other readers (myself included)

you said it right there, I eat omega enriched eggs... but i still avoid the yolks. ( i still enjoy them occasionally. Maybe 1 yolk per 6 eggs.

the omega 3 eggs have a better ratio then the regular eggs was my point. the ones that i buy are 300mg omega 3 and 750mg omega 6.

Are you saying the Omega 3 is in the whites and the 6's are in the yolks?

The only stupid question is the one not asked :)

The way he made it sound is that he only eats the whites usually and since he get the omega 3's then he must get them for the omega 3's. Otherwise what is the point of getting them if whites are whites.

Nekra - Shibby is on to something. I was under the impression that with the Omega 3 eggs, the Omega 3 is in the yolk. Omega 3 eggs are more expensive, so if you are only eating the whites, then why the hell are you buying Omega 3 Eggs?

holy hell, what kind of drugs are you guys on. lol. there is no fat in egg whites, no omega's at all. omega 3 eggs do not mean that the only fat they contain is omega 3's. they also have omega 6's in the yolks. regualer eggs contain almost no omega 3's. so just to be clear, all "omega 3 egg" means is, it has more omega 3's then regular eggs but they still contain omega 6. :)

I think the point they're trying to make is that you guys should buy *normal* eggs for your egg whites and only buy the omega 3's for your yolks...
