  • How would Ya'll handle this?

Just interesed in some non biased opinions. This is long, but I feel like typing and expressing myself tonight and its a fairly decent story so here we go....

A little bit of background. I've been good friends with a guy for about 13 years. You could even say he is my best friend. With that being said, keep in mind the following.... He's 36 years old, never been laid, never had much attention from girls outside of strippers and basically is really really innocent and has no clue when it comes to women. No woman has ever been remotely interested in him.

So I had a girlfriend. A really hot, sexy, and charismatic girlfriend, her body was amazing and eveyone that met her loved her. I dated her for about 10 months, exclusively and since the guy mentioned about was my best friend, they also became friends because she was always around. The girl and I were getting serious, very serious, talking about marriage, she wanted to do it, I actually wanted to do it, but before I made that leap.. I decided to do some investigating. I put a key stroke logger on my home computer so that when she logged into her email, I had her password. I checked the biotches email and found out that she was still talking to and seeing her EX on occassion and one other guy who she was still randomly seeing on the DOWN LOW. That's right, i didn't suspect any of this but before I took the next step, I needed to know and look what daddy found.

So I dumped her on the spot and never looked back. Homie don't play that and no matter how hot she was or how good the pssssy was, I wasn't going to stick around. Well she begged and wanted me to forgive her and tried all sorts of shit, the girl turned out to be very manipulative - would show up at places I'd be at, just all sorts of crazy shit.

Well here is where the dilemma comes in. Her next step was to manipulate my poor friend. She started texting him, and telling him that even tho it was over between her and I, she wanted to remain friends with him. Well. I had to go out of the country to Europe for business for 2 weeks and I mentioned to my friend that my coworkes had gone to a WHORE HOUSE in Europe and that I considered going the following weekend....... While I was gone she called him, text'd him and told him she had a "friend" for him to meet. So he met her out at a bar, started drinking, she let him slap her ass, danced with him, totally manipulated him and HE told her that I was going to a whore house and all sorts of other personal shit about me that she wanted to know.

I came back from my trip and talked to her and she told me all this and told me that HE told her. My question to the board is, should I be mad at my friend for getting manipulated by this evil biotch or not? He's one of my best friends and he told this ex-biotch of mine personal details about me that was none of her business, but at the same time, she knew what she was doing and she wanted these details desperately. Did she manipulate him? Or did he sell me out?

i wouldn't be mad at him. if he is as you describe then the awe of female attention overwhelmed his blood supply and moved it SOUTH....and then I would plant crack in this ladies car and call a anonymous call into the police. :D

I don't think he sold you out. She manipulated him and probably showed him the goods.

Smart choice on you for installing that tracking device. I wish i could install one in my girls head and find out where she is at all times.

lol...thats probably the case. I think when she says, "i am watching a movie tonight at home," she really means i am getting drunk and having a random guy feel me up, while poor DNA is studying at home trying to pass his summer class with an A, so he can get a fuckin scholarship for a year.

sorry if i am ranting, i have been under a lot of stress ever since my summer class started. Its a 5 week intensive Calc 3 course, 3 hours a day, Mon-Thurs. Test every week, quiz everyday, and projects every two weeks.

It truly comes down to trust. I probably wouldn't be mad at him, but it will also take a lot of time to be "best friends" with him again. It seems like you aren't sure if you are mad but you think you are suppose to be mad. Sounds like something a chic would do. Make your decisions is based on what it means to you and not what other people think how things should be.

You never know man he may not have thought it was anything big.. I don't think he would have told her to sink you or anything.. You said you 2 were broke up already so who cares. He is your close friend, kick him in the ass and tell him not to tell her shit? Probably thought it was harmless. I wouldn't even question being mad at him.

What gets you to start checking up on your woman in the first place?? I just don't know if i could do it, There is a line where it is someone's privacy.. Just curious.

This is true. I'm not sure if I should be mad or not. I can tell you, if it were any of my other friends, the ones who aren't innocent and naive when it comes to women I'd be furious. But with this guy, I feel like he got tricked and overwhelmed by her and he slipped up and it is forgivable.

This could be another thread discussion all together. You know, I'm not sure, I had no reason not to trust her. I did trust her, but man just considering taking that big step towards thinking about marrying her, I just felt like I needed to know.

Was I wrong for checking her email? I don't know. But, it appears that doing that saved my ass in the long run.

You did a right thing man, don't question that.

Imagine if you didn't check her email and married her. what would happen 5-10 years down the road

I would just explain to your buddy about the whole "Guy Code" thing. Im sure he hasnt been in that situation before and just didnt realize what was going on. Just tell him, "You dont tell anyone, anything". I wouldnt be mad at him.
