how about a stock 04 M3. would it be close or would the M3 still kill the 135i around the track?

:dunno: Never tried it. I think you would be surprised at how much different an M set up car is from a sport BMW. The M3 is slightly faster, like .2 seconds in a straight line, but balance but handling in the M3 would likely be a head above in the M3. IMO

Yes, Daddy did a lot. I specifically he helped, didn't I? However, I didn't sit back and do nothing. I earned as much as I could and worked to put it towards my hobby that I turned around and made money with.

Damn that must have been a big trust fund. My advice would have been to save that money. 3 months out of college and I am looking back at every place I could have saved money that would have made life easier. Thank god I didnt finance a $32K car like I was thinking about.

They dumbed down the 135i for the single purpose that they were afraid it would out shine the new M3. Also, I don't trust the TT yet. It hasn't been proven long term, and I know people who have had problems.

It is not worth it right now, especially seeing as how the 128i is quick.
