LOL, I just got back from costco and spent 300 bucks and wasnt even close to what I will need for the week. Then again some things I got will carry over to the next week.

Someone on a bulker should track a weeks worth of cash on food that would be intresting.

your biggest error was going to the supermarket. have to do your shopping at costco or sams etc..

i spend about $400 a month at costco on flank, chicken, fish, broccoli, oats, PB, and eggs. i buy other small things from other places like yams and long grain brown rice buts thats it, all my shopping is done at costco.

4 a week it wouldn't be much I shop for a month...but if I was to do a week. it would be
        bag of chicken
        6 round steaks
        2 dozen eggs
salad and the stuff that goes on
a few shakes here and there
        veggies

you are looking around 50-55 dollars right there...so maybe add in another 20 for miscallaneous stuff. and 75 dollars seems right

I spend more on my GD cats, lol

              Yes, but not the cereal.

I don't belong to Costco and neither does my Mom because she was living alone until I came home. What is the membership fee? My friend and I are thinking of joining.

Ya man, its worth it. They do offer a free one month trial (from what i heard) so try it out and if you like you can sign up, or if not, than you can drop it.
