Anyone watch this last night? I beleive it was on the Discovery Channel. Palumbo's fiance was on it. Pretty interesting, especially the stuff from Dr. Pope from Harvard. Read some of his work for use in a few school appers. The guy use to be a powerlifter I beleive.
