                  • Definitely. That's the primary reason I play, so the games will be more interesting, especially when the ones being televised wouldn't carry my interest otherwise.

                      Ok, to be honest here it is:

                      8am: half cup oatmeal, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 table spoon Flax seed oil blended up in water. 4 egg whites, and 2 whole eggs cooked, 1 table spoon EVOO, half multi vit, 3 fish oil capsules.

                      11am: I transition from one class to another so i only have time for a 25g Protein shake

                      1:15pm: Steamed broccoli, 7oz chicken, small salad (little ranch dressing on top)

                      5:00pm: 4oz steamed vegetables, 6oz fish, half multi vit, 3fish oil capsules, small sweet potato

                      8:00pm: 5oz chicken, 3oz of mixed peanuts/almond

                      11:00pm: 6oz cottage cheese with chocolate whey protein sprinkled on top.
