Yeah I agree, pretty much sucks to train for a certain fighter and then have your strategy thrown out the window. I was trying to boycott the fight, but I watched that 14 secs of it.

Not only did he make a few quid, he negotiated a sizeable bonus (almost equal to his original purse) to take the new fight with Seth after Ken wasn't cleared for the fight.

I got hit similar to that in training once (american kickboxing) and I was dazed for about 20 seconds and unable to focus for about 2 minutes.

Yeah but if im going to fight some guy that is 30lbs heavier than me and is known for his powerful strikes. I dont care who tells me to stand up with him and trade blows. Im taking him stright to the ground. Of course the promoters are going to try to sucker him into standing with Kimbo. Promoters are very tricky and shady and I doubt they were looking out for the guys best interest. I didnt see the fight live I watched it on youtube and it wasnt very clear so I didnt see the cut real good. Im sure it will be replayed on Shotime soon.

The cut was from the punches on the ground the knock out punch (if you call it that) was a baby stiff jab sorta thing. The guy was scared for his life and landed the jab on the right spot and flash KOed kimbo. Im glad kimbo lost but if thoes two fight again 10 times Kimbo will win all 10 times. JMO
