Cardio assists in boosting your high density lipids (HDL). Exercise in general does this.

Cardio has always been my workout.

My workout has been the same. Its just i added in 9oz of beef in my postworkout meal for a month and a half straight. Also, taking random trips to steakhouses and eating steak.

to check out my cholesterol, because it high cholesterol runs in my family. Also, i have been feeling really tired, and i constantly sleep. SO i got a blood test to see if i am sick or something. Everything is normal, just HDL and LDL are bugging me a bit.

Sounds good - just know that LOTS of factors go into those results - the best gauge of your health is to continue checking those things over time - I doubt the red meat you're eating is the only thing affecting it - try laying off the hooka if you're seriously concerned as that will have a bigger impact on your health than what you're worrying with...

What were your natural Test levels at btw????
