I played with Chrome for a little bit today. It does seem quick but I really dislike the fact that you can't just click on the address bar to see your previous links w/o typing and the fact that there isn't a radio button on the back button so you can selectively choose where to go back to. That's all I discovered in the short time I messed with it, but those minor things are a big deal when you are going back between 50 ip addresses for various pieces of equipment.

You have to know how to use a computer successfully before commenting. ;)

your most visited page and bookmarks should take care of that. you are just used to an old way of browsing. finding sites in your address bar etc.. scream 2002. :)

when you say rotating ip's. what exactly does that have to do with a browser and the address bar.

not being a smart ass, just dont know what you mean.

I interface with various pieces of equipment that use different ip adresses for access (same as if you logged into a router). It is very easy for me to scroll through my adress bar and select the one I need. I'm not giving you a hard time about Chrome. It's quick and smooth but it just doesn't cut it for me and my usage. If I just used my browser for internet purposes than it wouldn't be an issue.
