i have totally destroyed my diet.. i lost all of the food in my fridge/freezer due to Gustav (no electricity) and now i cant even buy food cuz the grocery store lines (that are open) are insane and even if i did get in there i dont wanna buy bookoo food and lose it again if and when Ike comes here.. so basically i have been living off of protein bars and shit food since Aug 29

sucks dude, sounds depressing as fuck.

try and at least get some peanut butter, canned tuna, etc..
