I may PM some of you the vid, I also clowned around in nGolds on Flamingo the day after videod myself doing chest and hit a couple poses.

The guys in the gym were really cool and they let me train free the second time I went, thinks they just wanted to make my holiday, and the chick in the nutrition shop accross the road gave me loads of free stuff I only wanted a PW shake.

you know what society is like about bodybuilding so I tend to keep certain things under wraps. I certainly have a bunch of stills from the expo I ca easily head crop, they show pretty well what 19" look like next to the pro's. There's one of me hitting a single right front bicep next to Ronnie doing the same, I swear my lady took the pic as I started to relax the arm but regardless, forget about it he killed me!

dexters arms are about 22 inches and i know for a fact he is shooting synthol deep into the muscle. pretty much all the pro's are but dexter does it exceptionally well.

Are you sure thats synthenol, I though Synth was for clowns and the pro's all use Esicline which is completely different and keeps the muscle looking hard. Definitely agree on one thing I've heard with that shit, the more balls you have the better the effect, aparently you have to go in with a 1 1/2 " right near the bone to get the best effect

Are you sure thats synthenol, I though Synth was for clowns and the pro's all use Esicline which is completely different and keeps the muscle looking hard. Hey YJ/BLM,

So you guys are probably either gonna think I'm full of shit or not care at all, but I tll ya where I thought my trip couldn't get any better, the cake just got icing on top.

I visited Extreeme Couture yesterday, took a boxing class and Wanderlei Silva was training there at the same time!, I went and met him, really nice guy first thing he did was put his hand out to shake mine.

As I'm waiting for a taxi, Randy Couture walked in and same think, he clocked me sat down came shook my hand and said 'Hi how are ya'.

So as YJ knows I really wated to meet Kevin Randleman and today it happened, afte days of trying to hook up at times he was training at Throwdown, we got fed up and whilst I took a Judo lesson there today the instructor spoke to him on the phone aqnd Kevin said tell him my address and send him right around to my house. So I rock up and his house, coolest time ever, we shot pool and clowned around he is so cool even gave me an instructional lesson, gave me a free T-Shirt and signed it. I've invited him over mine whenever he's in England.

How fuken cool is that?

Wolf, Jay and Dex at Golds was a complete suprise, Wolf, Branch, Ronnie, Lenda at the Expo was cos they were there. Kevin Randleman I've been in contact with for a while trying to arrange but never expected to get an invite to his house. Randy and Wanderlei were pretty much suprises except for the fact Extreeme Couture is his place.

When I get back home I'll send you some stuff that makes it all irrefutable.

I'm just excited bro so sorry if I'm boring you with this stuff, I just got back from old town Vegas tonight where there was a Vegas Bikefest on. I've been extreemly lucky, even did the sunset canyon helicopter ride the night before last and the stratosphere.

Especially for you my man I'll send you a clip of me working out at Golds:P

I bet and lost a whole $20 this trip, and I only did that real slow since when you gamble in the Wynn, these ladies keep coming up and giving you free beer, unluckily for them I'm not a high roller, I was playing the 2c per play slots:drunk:

I don't take myself too seriousely these days, when I train I train hard and I try and eat the right things, all that said I know I've only got the genetics to maybe make a reasonable light heavyweight on a national circuit and thats if I gave up everything for it. But I do realise how hard a sport it is and yes when I see someone on stage at Mr Olympia standard doing their routine it gives me goospimples cos I can see whats gone into it.

Thats fair enough, your probably very good, I mea of those fighters I've met since being in Vegas, none of them really look up in awe of ay other fighter, if they did they would be afraid to fight others and it wouldn't be the right mental atitude and they have to concentrate on their own goald in life.

I'm not seeking to be a competitive BB so I can sit back and just appreciate these things
