Blood work and estrogen levels are all fine and dandy, but that's not going to tell you why your wife isn't pregnant yet. It's not just sperm count that's important. The sperm maturity. You could have a great sperm count, and your sperm not be mature. Again, blood work has almost nothing to do with determining if anything is wrong with your swimmers. You need to have your sperm tested. Forget about the blood work.
