Exersise equipment for my office at work

Bayou Chrome Total Trainer DLX III Home Gym

I just bought this piece of equipment for in my office at work to supplement my workouts. I keep my stationary bike in my office and usually do a 45 minute ride every day in the morning. I work out in my gym at home before work at 2 am but I use this for stress moments and supplement workouts. I wanted to share it because it resembles a Total gym at 1/3 the price with a lot more features. I have been very pleased with it so far. It is well made and very sturdy. It doesn't replace a free wt workout by any means but it is great as a added piece in a home gym or in your office.
