man, pro-bodybuilders MUST have the right genetics because I only watched the first clip and his form is horrible. oh well he is huge.

I have to totally disagree on that. His form doesn't look that bad to me. Form on any exercise varies from person to person. I have heard that shit all the time "blah blah has terrible form", when people see some of the pros workout.

And what is strict form anyway. Like turbo say's it varies person to person. Melvin Anthony's form makes me cringe but he has yet to be injured...so it works for him.

no good form is good form. no bouncing or momentum involved is good form with a slight breath pause at the top and bottom of the repetition. control of the weight is good form not just moving it from point A to point B.

the fact that someone has gotten away with bad form does not make it right. like a man firing a gun randomly in his back yard but he doesn't kill anyone the first day of doing it, does that make him right in doing it. NO. these guys get big IN SPITE of their training not because of it.

I watched all those clips and I still don't see the bad form. He might be going a lil fast for your pace. And if you don't think those guys get big because of their training, then go train with them for a week. They get big by combining everything they have genetics, dedication, nutrition, training, supplements.

Amen bro, those hammer curls look like they're working his back more than bicep. Doesn't look like he's making the "mind to muscle" connection that Arnold always preaches. Different things work for different people, and maybe he was just pumping through them for the camera. Dude looks good though.
