I could own a house and have a BMW parked in the garage, I simply choose not to. Not that this is any of your business, but I don't want to buy a home right now because I don't know what I will be doing in 2 years. I could still join the military, at least that was the idea before late September. Now, depending on the direction the president elect takes this country I might be move. So, there is no need to waste money on a mortgage.

And I don't believe in renting.
