I decided to stop in to the local animal shelter (North Shore Animal League) and adopt a dog and this little guy just jumped at me......he's a pitbull mix....named him Jaxson!

nice dogs - you're going to have your hands full with that pup - he looks like he'll get into lots of trouble! ;<) We rescued a dog in Mar of this year, so now we also have 2 - best decision we made - they get along great and with 2 they play a lot so they don't need to be taken for walks as oftenComment

The big one is the one that needs protection, he is the biggest mush and pushover ever. Such a wimp but he is very well socialized and extremely loving of other dogs and humans. The little guy has TONS of drive so he is a handful but that was expected when I got him. you may think that but i promise you, if someone were to try and hurt you or that puppy, that american bulldog would eat their ass for breakfast. my french mastiff is like your american bulldog, not aggressive at all etc.. but she will rip someone head off if she even thinks they are a "bad guy".Originally posted by Villa View PostComment
