        It's a lot more moist than oven baking a turkey is. It's the best. I always do that every year, but feel real guilty about it. At least I don't eat the skin so it's not as bad. Plus it cooks quicker too. 45 mins per turkey. I inject it with terriyaki sauce. Real good shit, but not very healthy for sure.
