antibiotic question

i am on some pretty potent meds right now - one of them is an antibiotic - it kills my stomach -

will yogurt or something like that help settle my stomach - i feel like roadkill

Make SURE you take those with food. I get that gnawing feeling with antibiotics too - ick.

Antibiotics kill all the good bacteria in your stomach - yogurt won't have enough probiotics - I'd recommend you get some Bio K or something with similar probiotic levels
