  • night time hunger

    recently, i am starving at night and i have an incredible appetite ... any suggestions or tips on curbing this? im not cutting either.

    i have tried added a extra meal during hte day and a little fatter cuts of meat but havent seemed to help.

    How about a shake? Or maybe just some cottage cheese or SF yogurt?

      you getting enough fat during the day? anything change? running around more for work or whatever? starving is always a sign that your diet isnt set up right. i never get starving because i never let my body get to that point.

        eat something slow digesting before bed, natty peanut butter, lean steak mince etc

          just eat a no carb meal bro - if i wake up to piss in the middle of the night i eat - if starving eat :)

            thanks for the help good suggestions all around. start with no carb meal and i think i need to re-evalute the diet...i have been under a lot of stress lately, probably not eating enuff

                Cottage cheese and massive amounts of water. Always works for me. Heavy emphasis on water. It did the trick for me
