Are you sure you aren't lactose intolerant?
What type of milk are you drinking, and how many oz?

Half a cup of Fat Free Milk is fine for me, no bloating, nothing. But over 1 full glass or more i feel like shit.

that sucks. Just lay off of it and never touch it again. Milk is for babies, we have protein shakes to drink

lactose intolerant or not. it is my opinion that dairy products have no place in a bodybuilding diet.

What about cottage cheese at night time?

Thats real good stuff right there. Slow digesting protein, and lots of it with barely any fat or carbs. Its the greatest thing to eat at night.

i will agree that it has its place.

i wouldn't agree that it is the greatest though.

i think lean protein such as chicken or even Isolate combined with a fat source (nuts) is a better last meal. the fats slow the digestion process.

Ya i have always done cottage cheese with protein powder sprinkled on top. Tastes good, but i agree with nuts slowing it down. Might go ahead and add in some nuts than.
