Are you sure you aren't lactose intolerant?
What type of milk are you drinking, and how many oz?
Half a cup of Fat Free Milk is fine for me, no bloating, nothing. But over 1 full glass or more i feel like shit.

What about cottage cheese at night time?
Thats real good stuff right there. Slow digesting protein, and lots of it with barely any fat or carbs. Its the greatest thing to eat at night.

i wouldn't agree that it is the greatest though.
i think lean protein such as chicken or even Isolate combined with a fat source (nuts) is a better last meal. the fats slow the digestion process.
