Positive. Click the link I posted in the first post. It shows that they havebeen released and the one brother has $500 next to each count. The other has $0....?

So the charge is Burg of a structure with assualt and battery...And the bond's are $500.00??? each???

Take a look at the PDF file I attached for you...I know the PDF is for Palm beach county...But you get the drift...Never heard of a Burglary or an assault with intent to harm being a misd...

It's not a misd. They both have 4 counts of felony at the moment. I thought you knew what you were talking about. That is what the big 'F' in the f/m column means.

Yeah its a real fucked up situation to be in. Try to have a good night with the lady and some good friends and one person brings the wrong person to the party and ruins it all.

I really hope that it doesn't get brushed under the carpet. They caused over $5k in physical damage to the home and the kid that got his face kicked in before I pulled the guy off is in pretty bad shape.
