    anyone read it ???

i read it and i agree with many of his ideals -- the race issue i am past that as my wife has one hell of a tan :)

the idea of taking care of country , having one language , curb immigration, etc etc i agree with -

hitler imo was one of the most brilliant men in history - to rise himself and a country up from what it was to be one of the most powerful in the world he had to be !! he was at one time the most powerful man in the world and if not for a few military blunders ! our world today could have been much different !!

the things he did for his country in the beggining we could learn from now - take care of your infrastructure - build roads, etc etc etc got people back to work , instilled pride in ones self and country .

we only look at what happen military wise with hitler and yes i know with good reason we do !!!

Yes I know it. (the book) He was a powerful leader and knew how to make his country work but that does not make up for the rest.

great leader yes in terms of getting people to follow him no matter how crazy.

but when the decisions a leader makes leads to almost complete destruction of his own country, I am not sure we should look to Hitler for ideas.

everything he did good for his country had an ultimate goal that was very bad.

Hitler no doubt was brilliant, but I haven't any doubt that he was also insane.

Hitler had siphilous(or however you spell it) which if undiagnosed makes you go crazy, so did Benjamin Franklin ( who was also a lover of weight lifting) thats how close genious is to insanity the greastest thinker are almost borderline insane some, go over the edge.

Hilter is kno as one of the geatest speakers and motivator's of all time and really you cannot deny that. the way he would line the stadiums he speaked in with anti-aircraft spot lights so that it looked like lights of beam holding up a ceiling of clouds in the heavens, then he would start speaking slowly and softly then eventualy be screaming at the top of his lungs, no wonder people got so inspired.

Hitler was a horrible leader. He had a bunch of desperate people that were open to taking a scapegoat. He was no better than the average idiot running for class president making outrageous promises that couldnt be kept. He was a master of propaganda and after taking power he censored everything from books to plays. Religious beliefs were banned, people were forced to work for the labor party and children were forced to join hitlers youth. He ran a police state and criticism against the government was punishable by death, they even had narcs running around reporting it to secret police.

Just mentioning his name in a sentence with great leader is a disgrace. He was a powerful dictator and responsible for some of the most heinous crimes known to man. He took advantage of a post war country in shambles and took advantage of those situations to gain political power.

Look what he did to his country and his people, then ask yourself if he was a good leader. Its disgusting to even suggest such a thing.

I have not seen any secret police around arresting people that speak ill of bush. Or perhaps you are writing this from Gitmo.

he was a great leader. rallied his ppl to make them a empire and was truely magnificant at doing so... they were the "muts" of erupe but as a war strategisst it is questionable, he over extended his armies and expanded too many resources in the genocide of 6 mil jews (poor descisions). which brought them down... being stretched too thin Germany lost cruicial battles and personel... he ultimately set back Germany hundreds of years... they never recovered from a social economic standpoint.
