apollon is supposed to be a great gym. jason arntz loves the place.

bev francis powerhouse for me. diamond gym turned to shit when kemper sold it. they dont give a shit about the place. opens late and closes early all the time.

40-45 min drive but its worth it.

My work has a gym. It's free and it's decent. Has a squat rack, dumbbells go to 100, cable machine, shoulder press rack, and of course cardio and circuit machines.

My gym is a local old school type of gym, nothing fancy or anything of that sorts. Nothing but iron and rust, plus old school machines.

I've been to various gyms here in town and actually worked at a new local one. Thing was that Im more comfortable at my gym. People I bring into my gym do not like it for some reason cause its old school, no AC, etc.. For the ones who know the sport, love my gym..

Sounds awesome bro. Had a friend who used to work at a bank here in town who also had its own gym.

USOC training and education center. It's a university where the Olympic training and education facility is located. Nice place, great equipment, good hours and membership is 320.00 a year.

I don't train at a chain like Gold's, but it's not a hole in the wall either. It's just a local place that has two locations.
