I know I have talked about the process here and there and just for a final update, she got approved. Nearly a year after we first started filing (Feb. '08) we had the interview today and she is getting approved. She is very happy and it's a big relief to be past this huge wall.

Not exactly true, Shibby. I am fairly sure other things like drug running will get you booted out. As well as immigration fraud. Of course none of these things would apply to normal law abiding folk, but losing your permanent residence is NOT like losing your citizenship.Originally posted by Shibby View PostThanks. I'm sure there are a lot of things, but he was just making a point that minor offenses wouldn't get it revoked.
