I will keep watching them mostly because I like the puzzles and contraptions, but the back story is pretty much done. I want to know what happens after the end though.

Watching for the contraptions and killing is ok. I actually laugh at them, and the way people get killed. Its just HILARIOUS


The story is just taking crazy turns. FBI is involved, and its insane, pretty soon it will be a national security issue, at the way the directors and writers are going.

I was just told the same thing - that it fills in some story and ties up some stuff from previous movies. I like the series, so a 6th is fine by me.

To make a 6th they would have to change the story line to like a copy cat or a child follower. The obvious continuations of the work would make the movie be only about the chambers. Then touch on the jigsawers and focus on the stories of the punishments and keep the longer maze/puzzle multi chamber things going.
