I am hopeful with a new administration that things will improve in the near future. I have to let another employee go this week and probably another in March if things don't improve. I am so glad Bush is gone, His arrogant attitude doesn't fly in global politics

but in all honesty pretty much anyone could have taken over and done a better job than bush....I don't trust any of them....especially the one following bush because no matter who it was people are gonna support the "opposite" policies for better or worse.

Thats good news, its time America recognised the Kyoto (spell) agreement and got control of emmissons

I'm very pro-environment, but Kyoto is a total snow job. None of the European countries are even close to meeting the Kyoto limits. Overall, they are not a whole lot better than the US, and many other big talkers like Canada are actually doing abysmally. The lesson is that one should look beyond the rhetoric and see whether actions match the words.
