i didnt tell my kids because they are just that . kids !! -- to many adults these days put there kids on the same level as themselves - its why you see so much disrespect by todays youth -

I just see a definitive difference between someone parking their car in a spot isolated, btw its everyone not just college students, and walking up to a guy and, without words, accusing him of being someone who would make the conscious decision to blow up a room full of innocent people.

I wouldn't argue that college students, or anyone, would go out of their way to actively ding the door of my car. If I singled someone out and thought they dinged my car...called them out on it. Then it was systematically proven they didn't, ie their car wasn't even next to mine. Yes, I would feel like an ass and appologize.

Really, I am trying to understand the mindset of, "No apologies, I would do it again." The safety of your kids? Do you walk up to anyone that looks creepy, 'non-American', etc., etc. and do the same thing?

I believe he feels justified in his suspicion due to the totality of the circumstances.

He didn't simply single out a random person that seemed to be of a different ethnic persuasion.

He became concerned because of the person's outward appearance, furtive movements, interactions with another man in the crowd both verbal and nonverbal, etc...

...i noticed a....guy come by the double doors to the gymnasium... i see him pace back and forth then leave ....couple minutes later he comes back...i see him looking out into the audience... another....guy looks back at him then i see him make a hand gesture and the other guy gets up and goes through another set of double doors on the other side of the gym...then he goes back out into the hall....
