I live in town despite what the 'fucking' trees lead you to believe. I have neighbors on 3 sides of the property and I live in Palmetto, Florida which in my mind translates to Mexican immigrant depot station. Although my side of town is very quiet and low in crime it doesn't take away from the fact that people see you leave your home, ride your motorcycle as they wander the streets noticing things. So, granted I am more secluded than the curbside neighbors but I am still very accessible.

I don't even give a shit at this point. I'm safe. My girl is safe. My dog is safe. They didn't take anything else. And I have insurance that covers everything.

all the shitbags in america are running wild with the economy down, my buddy heard a noise outside his house (he lives in a very rich neighborhood) he looked outside and saw some asshole in his truck, he ran outside with a baseball bat and lets say justice was served. The police fouhnd footprints around all the houses window, they beloieve he was casing out the neighborhood.

No. There is the 'perceivable threat' scenario where you feel threatened and have no other option. However, if you are in your house and you see someone outside stealing something, it really doesn't constitute a threat to your personal well being. That would be a legal mess from the get go. In CCW class they tell you that if they are in your house they are a threat and you should shoot to kill, not harm because "dead men tell no lies."
