  • Time to get serious

Well my life has seen to fall into placefor me oin 2009, I graduated college, somehow found a well paying job that has flexible hours and weekends off and they understand that i have a serious commitment to the gym. The thing is now I have goals to hit I want 270lbs @ 8-10%BF by the time i'm 28 thats five years from now I am currently at 240lbs @10%BF I think its possible, I switched to my new gym and have met up with some other people that are serious about the gym. I just wanted to write this all out to start the process, and see if anybody has some clear goals to speak with. Seeing that going to the gym is not very popular where I live, and most people give you shit for working out.

Forget what other people say, do what you know is right.
