I didn't look at the link but 03 M3 with 69k miles is not worth more than $ 22k so through eBay u should be able get that around $ 19k at the most.

          no problem :)
Yeah I just did a quick search with yahoo autos and that's what the average going price was for the M3 here in Cali(used cars here costs couple of grand more than any other state) you can also try cars.com or your local yahoo autos to see what's the going price for it.

I thought itnwas you that told me my car was a woman car. I wouldn't pay more than 17.5 for that thing. SMG is ultra lame. I can't believe the seller did not provide a free carfax report. Find out the build date. Early 03s had the piston rod failure issues still. It has a 10yr 100k warranty. Also the fact that the car is from Florida worries me. If it was only titled there a short period it might have gone there for a clean title. That being said how serious of a buyer are you and what is your limit? If you can wait 6-8 weeks I might be able Roget you a great car.

Title laws in Florida and California enable people to clean a salvage title if done properly.

I thought it was you that called it a girls car. To be honest, I can't imagine buying an e46 M3 without serious records. The engines are so volatile that I would want to be 100% sure that the oil was changed regularly. Can you drive standard or is SMG a must have? I have heard terrible things about the SMG, and I didn't really care for the one I drove. However, I never drove it on a regular basis.

Id pay no more that 50 bucks. Its a BMW it cant be worth much more.
M3s have to rev to high I dont think it would be a fun car to drive as a daily driver. Maybe a weekend car but thats it.

Oooh, what about a 993 Carrera, even a 996 would do. They're like 25-30k tho.

Wrong. There is no way to clear a salvage title in california. Once a car is deemed salvage, it stays with it forever. You can get a lights and brakes inspection to be able to make it operable again, but it's still a salvage title. You'd have to cut the vin numbers and replace with a fresh vin number in order to get a clean title.

I'm sorry I've got California on the brain, it was supposed to be Texas.
