Only 2 years in federal prison. Sounds like it was a first offense and he probably won't serve it all. Kid must have been desperate or got himself into some major trouble while across the border.

But it's Federal Prison, not regular prison. Huge difference...

Ya feds will make him do both years but for a lil19 year old feds is probably better for him. Although I hear federal prison is getting as bad as state prison.
