You gota see this, if you like Simon Cowell on American Idol but more agressive gastro version, basically he goes in where restauraunts are going down the pan and sorts them out or tries two and he only has two weeks to do it, to say he's straight talking is a major understatement but he does sometimes get good results and quite often a restaurants failure is down to someones (usually the chef or owner) ignorance or ego and he cuts straight through them.
