Hell no I fucked up my left elbow doing skull crushers and my training partner messed up his knee(we were preparing together for the same show) so now we are both messed up trying to recover. I had this elbow thing before and it took forever to heal so I don't know I've been off for the last couple of weeks.

Yep but guess what? those fuckers came back to my building and broke in to two more cars. Last Saturday morning @5:15 am I woke up to my door banging I opened the door and I see two cops standing by they said there are more cars got broken in to and blah blah blah( I am the building manager also) so as were talking to them dispatch comes on says there are more cars got broken in to about a block over so I went there with them sure enough there was 4 cars in that building too. So to make the long story short after all that shit cops tighten the security in my neighborhood and caught those fuckers.
