  • Can the way you act effect your Testosterone levels?

I was thinking about this. I know having higher levels of natural Test changes certain behaviors. More energy, aggressiveness, assertiveness. I was wondering if this could work the other way around. Could consciously acting like less of a pussy (the only way I could think to say it) actually raise your testosterone levels a bit?

Well, there have been studies showing that test levels can be affected by outside sources. For example wasnt there one talking about how married men have lower test than when they were single? (and no this isnt a joke towards you rado, thatll come in just a second) I didnt know if the way one acted could act the same way as one's surroundings do, which can most definately effect Test a little bit.

And Rado, go eat a god damn burri... err... nevermind. :D

there is more to this then you think rado.

I remember posting a study awhile back about hot mens test levels raise naturally when they get divorced and start dating again. same goes for men that get married and have a child, test levels lower.

I remember reading a study saying that having hot females in the gym is a good thing cause it causes a little raise in testosterone levels. I highly doubt that acting like a pussy, being flirty, trying to be a bad ass, etc will have any effect on your body's production however.

I'm sure if you were locked in a dark room and passed food for eternety your test would be lower than someone banging beautiful girls every day
