Guys, I'll be in Manhattan next week and am looking for an authentic New York eating experience. Bouncer had mentioned Little Italy in my "NYC for kids" thread a few weeks ago - what are good restaurants to hit up when I am there?

little Italy in Manhattan is more about the old deli's and peperoni and cheese shops.

any of the little restaurants right there (its literally only 1 street block) are good. they have all there have the zaggot awards posted out front etc..
