  • 1 month after my cancelled fight

As some of you know I had my first pro MMA fight cancelled due to two guys backing out. well When training I was as low as 220lbs at 7% BF. 1month to the date latter im at 245lbs not sure BF% but higher abs are barly there anymore.

I was on a rampage eating everything you could think of bad. I would eat doughnuts 2 times a week. I even ate a whole box of coco puffs with regular milk. pizza, hamburgers and all that everyday. the only healthy meal I would eat was morning egg whites and shake the rest of the time complete shit.
Funny thing is I feel better as a fat ass way stronger and look alot bigger. Everything is still pretty ripped execpt my midsection.

Anyways tomorrow I am back at it and just wanted to type this so I cant make excuses. My next fight is sechulded for june 26 so time to get crackin.

Do you cut water weight for your fights, or do you just come in at whatever?

Nope no cutting Im a heavy weight. I lost all the weight/muscle from the training and not understanding how to eat for that type of workouts.
Now I have been threw it I have a better feel for it I hope not to be as bad this time. way to much lost muscle.

You must be able to throw a punch or be somewhat strong if you keep scaring away all your competitors. :D

You would probably be owning guys if you could drop down to lhw. Carb back up and rehydrate after weigh in. I'm sure irvin knows a lot about how to do it properly.
