  • For the big eaters/ off season eater...

So I have seen a few people here who are eating in shall we say "the fat fuck style". This has been my style for about a month now. Decided I was to lean for to long and it cost me in terms of making any kinds of gains.

Pretty much everything is on the menu. Cheese steaks, pizza, milk, bagels, cookies, etc..

Only running GH at the moment and it seems to be keeping a good amount of the fat gain off. Still some fat gain but not as much as you would expect.

Feels good not to worry about portion size, and all the shit, that gets old fast. I feel like I did when I first started training and was just eating to get big. Feels good.

How long you going to continue this? Can't be healthy.

thats awesome B !!! i feel your gains will increase 2 fold - staying on a very strict setup year round imo is counter productive to adding full on size -- the key is not to let yourself get to fat heavy -- i control that with some supps and cardio -- myself my weight hasnt moved much i am 280 lbs but my shape has changed !! best 280 lbs i have ever been -- very pleased at this point - i do feel i can step onstage at a solid 245 lbs - time will tell though

I love the fat fuck eating style and luckily have a wicked fast metabolism which allows me to eat like that without gaining much fat.... The downside is I need to get a ton of food and cals in if I want to make any kind of gains.... makes it a it hard but eating is fun!

While I am not completely off the reservation like some I have added some high calorie snakes to my diet to gain a little weight and allow an increase in strength for my June strongman comp. I am trying to walk a fine line of gaining strength and still staying lean in order to not go up a weight class. But, strength is my main focus so if I gain good weight so be it.
