He has had a book out for a few years, it is a good read. Inspiring story, and it is interesting to read about how he grew up.

He found his niche in wrestling, but I don't see how he could compete in MMA, he could take his opponent down, but the ground game totally changes when you are avoiding fists and elbows.

Did more research and I don't like Kyle's attempt to get into MMA, he has had a difficult time finding a state to ok him to fight, and now he is petitioning to be considered a "downed" opponent during the entire fight.

This is the most confusing thread name I have ever seen in my entire life lol.

Kyle fought last night. He lost by decision. I believe his opponent was just trying to avoid getting taken down the entire time. Doesn't sound like it was a very exciting fight, but props to him for getting his dream to come true, he had to jump through a lot of hoops and do a lot of work to make this fight happen.

What a boring fight. I hope no other state allows him to enter a ring. He should stick to submission grappling if he wants to continue with combat sports. The MMA fight is just a grappling match for him, he only has that one option. It just isn't MMA.
